Did you know our offices are located in the largest innovation and technology hub south of the United States?

Campus Tec is a project created by Juan, our Founder, in the heart of Guatemala City. He was inspired by Silicon Valley in California and the way that ecosystems encourage success and innovation by unifying different companies and resources in one place. When working in an ecosystem companies that need to find lawyers, designers, programmers or talent can easily cross the street or visit their neighbor to find what they need. This helps these businesses grow and succeed together by supporting each other.

This project started 8 years ago with the first building, Tec 1 and has now become a million dollar project housing more than 1,500 innovators and hundreds of innovation companies. The third building, Tec III, will be open by the end of 2019.

This ecosystem that has invited many different companies to work together also attracted commercial developments to form around the area. Campus tec is located in Zone 4 of Guatemala City, and it is now an incredible destination to immerse yourself in art, culture and food with more than 20 original restaurants and kitchens that opened after the inauguration of the first building.
